Only the deadlift looked a tough.

Can't be long before you'll be hitting 800,

Cheers nick hopefully get upto 800 next year I was happy with the deadlift as the most I have pulled in the last 2 years or so is 272.5 so classing this as a 10kg pb which I'm happy about my biggest pull I'm comp was 265 but this bar was abit whippy so can't call it a comp pb

Looking at it in paper it's
7.5kg squat pb
2.5kg bench pb
10kg deadlift pb

So a good days lifting back to some volume work for the next few months and see what my lifts end up like around February

And how far can you throw the shot and hammer?

Hammer not measured yet still learning

shot with no glide or rotation using a 7.26 shot 10-11 metres with a glide 12-13 obviously got along way to go technique wise
