140kg x 1 rubbish
140kg x 2 bit better
140kg x 1 rubbish again!!!

I used the power rack to create an overhead board press, the starting positon was with my elbows at 90 degrees resting on the rack
80kg x 3 stopped after each rep
90kg x 3
100kg x 3
100kg x 3
100kg x 2
100kg x 1 was getting tired towards the end

seated dumbbell press
35kg x 8
40kg x 8
45kg x 8 PB

Lateral Raises
15kg x 8
17.5kg x 8
20kg x 8

Rear flys forget the weight

220kg x 3
240kg x 3 easy
250kg x 3
260kg x 3 PB!
Decided the best thing for me to do here is put an extra 40kg on the bar and try a PB this was a small mistake
300kg x F got it just below my knees next week it may be there if I am a little fresher and plan to go for the 1 rep PB
