thanks Alan, ive got to get more/some flexabiliy at the bottom of the squat as it feels tight and getting lower by piling the weight on the bar works but not making the area stronger or easier for depth. or go tripple ply in a monoliftGrin

Thanks Michael, 200kg might be a little way off at the moment would be nice though! I do 531 on big 3 mix and match assistance a bit 3x3 on second weight of week 2 find that it is a nice working weight fairly heavy but do-able. there is probably a much better way but havent stumbled on it yet.
