Sunday 14/6/09 standing press warm up, shake hangover etc 1x5 80kg 1x5 85kg 1x8 90kg 1x8 80kg assist 5x10 standing press 60kg made these look really hard for some reason seated machine curls dont know weight 3x5 190kg shrugs. just doing stuff i havent done in ages and it shows | |||

Friday 11/6/09 deadlift warm up 1x5 150kg 1x5 175kg 1x10 200kg suprisingly quick and felt there was a few more but didnt do them so maybe i am wrong. assistance speed box squats all with blue band 1x3 65 1x3 105kg 3x3 120kg not bad havent done these for a while kroc rows 1x10 30kg 1x10 50kg 1x25 60kg no rest on the set more weight next time | |||

Wednesday 10/6/09 bench warm up 1x5 105kg 1x5 120kg 1x8 140kg blue band 3 and 4 board presses with 120kg and 140kg didnt get into these close grip bench 1x8 60kg 1x5 100kg 3x5 120kg havent done these for ages and it shows.I am going to bring extra session in for standing press as i miss doing them and think they have helped my bench and to be honest i like it more than the bench press and you got to enjoy it | |||

Wenesday 27/5/09 Bench week 3 warm up 1x5 117.5kg 1x3 132.5kg 1x5 150kg weak assistance 5x10 bench at 105kg 1x10 1x10 1x7 confirming the weakness 1x10 1x9 glad to get it over with. bench will benifit from other assistance when cycle begins again. hopefully |
