42kg dumbell step ups. there was a funny wheezing noise throughout which will hopefully get less.

Yes Pete, they are on their way! looked at the safe ones and they were good but i have bowed the weight of chinese weightlifting success and got a pair of do winnsGrin looking forward to breaking them in.thanks mate will need a different excuse now

Was going to ask about sizes compared to normal shoe size. Wider fit sounds good. go faster strip on them Grin
