26/4/10 week 4 deload squat 1x5 100kg 1x5 120kg 1x5 145kg front squats! not done these much and not for ages 1x5 60kg 1x5 100kg 3x5 120kg heavy enough for a start 42kg dumbell step ups. there was a funny wheezing noise throughout which will hopefully get less. | |||

Yes Pete, they are on their way! looked at the safe ones and they were good but i have bowed the weight of chinese weightlifting success and got a pair of do winns looking forward to breaking them in.thanks mate will need a different excuse now | |||

Cheers Alan, cant walk properly after the monday session so must be doing something right 7/4/10 week 1 bench warm up 1x5 100kg 1x5 110kg 1x5 125kg 1x9 145kg 9 not a good place to stop but the feet were starting to moonwalk a bit floor press 1x5 100kg 3x5 140kg dumbell press 1x8 35kg 1x8 45kg 1x6 58kg shoulder not too bad. no boards just in case | |||

Was going to ask about sizes compared to normal shoe size. Wider fit sounds good. go faster strip on them |
