12/3/10 week 1 deadlift warm up 1x3 160kg 1x5 170kg 1x5 200kg 1x7 220kg should have been more started well but ground to halt off 6" blocks 1x1 245kg and then tried some heavier weights which maybe if generous twitched slightly, but definetly took slack out of bar which is important and often overlooked, but did nothing else barbell rows 1x8 60kg 3x8 100kg and thats it. | |||
