| I abstained from well, you know for 2 weeks when the GF was abroad once. It feels MUCH better than usual when you eventually do well, you know after a long period of time. Recommend it if you have the willpower. | |||

| If Thor can stay close to Shaw/Ed on squats and deads, you'd have to say it's his for the taking? That stupid squat setup will prob take more victims this year. How about instead of metal stands they squatted to horizontal elastic bands? Reduced risk of injury and also an incentive to squat deeper as you would get more rebound from the bands. I think it's a winner! | |||
