First session of new training cycle, training higher volume lower weight for the 8 weeks in order to build some new muscle and give my body a break from heavier weights. First time doing leg extensions since my noob days, probably started a little light but planning to increase the weights on all the exercises over the next few weeks.

Awesome day of lifting with PB's across the board. Finally broke through my bench press & deadlift plateaus Happy . Also had the honour of sharing the platform with Tom Martin who broke the all time British total record @ 100kg
