Malanichev has always looked like he's left kilo's on the platform. He was asked if there is any lifter that he thinks that can beat his total and he mentioned kirill sarychev. he has a beastly push pull at like 315/390. 715kg. would definately put together a good total in a full power meet.

Thanks for the responses everyone !
I messaged pct it looks awesome ! But they got back to saying that with the membership comes a training program. So i dont really understand how that works ? Is it do the program or get out or heres the program up to you if you use it ?

I trained over at PTC Sydney run by a nice gentleman named Trent. At the time he told me his athletes would pick a popular program and just stick to it. I'm guessing that he will offer to program for you once you join but it is up to you whether you wish to accept. Enjoy your travels in Oz :

Mate, a brilliant chain of gyms in Australia called the PTC. Trained downs there when I was in sydney. 24 hour gym. 3 monolifts. Power racks and bumper plates. All the speciality bars you could think of. Practically anything you need in terms of strength training, including strong man they have. Completely recommend it.

Still confused as to why you bullied me off my bar when Dave's already had 100 loaded!
Wait, was it because his bacne had rubbed off on it during his set? Grin

» How big do you have to be before your name gets prefixed with 'Big'? (Go to post)20-01-2015 @ 12:00
Over at Bethnal Green we had three daves, each differing in height and stature so we dubbed each one big, medium or small Dave. I Think this is a valid reason Tongue

» Opinion on knee & elbow sleeves (Go to post)27-12-2014 @ 21:28
I currently use SBD knee sleeves & rehband elbow sleeves. In all fairness I think the sbd's give you a bit of pop out of the hole. Nothing in comparison with knee wraps etc. when I squat without them I feel a bit weaker. Depending on what you're looking for extra support go with the sbd's for less support but still a fair knee sleeve go with rehbands. I have absolutely no experience with the odin's. Good luck choosing.

3X a week and they wont grow an inch! feel a lot more stable walking weights back though.
