Woke up with leg doms, fearing my hamstrings could cramp up at any moment and guess what... It's squat day!

After a lot of foam rolling and stretching, the squats felt brilliant! Very happy with this training session and will increase the weights next week

Like you put it, it has everything you need. Atmospheres lacking a little. Did notice a lack of plates, which could be a problem in the future.

Thank you kindly sir Happy , and just thinking ahead, im a little too tall for the 83kg class, and in the end i want to end up in the weight class im most competitive in. plus im feeling too damn skinny at 82 haha

BW looked on the lower end of 82kg. put it down to water weight, either that or these carbs damn sure aint working.
