Woke up with leg doms, fearing my hamstrings could cramp up at any moment and guess what... It's squat day! High Bar Squats Bar 60kg X 5 80kg X 8 100kg X 8 100kg X 8 100kg X 8 100kg X 8 100kg X 8 240 seconds rest between working sets Paused Front Squats 80kg X 3 80kg X 3 80kg X 3 80kg X 3 80kg X 3 90 seconds rest between working sets. Really got into the groove with these. Lying Leg Curl 5 X 8 (5 plates) Standing Calf Raises 4 X 15 (5 plates) After a lot of foam rolling and stretching, the squats felt brilliant! Very happy with this training session and will increase the weights next week | |||

BW looked on the lower end of 82kg. put it down to water weight, either that or these carbs damn sure aint working. Snatch Grip Deficit Deads 60 Conventional dead X 5 60 X 6 100 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 130 X 6 These were absolutely grueling in the heat. All performed with 3 mins rest and a 5 second eccentric portion. Seated Calf Raises 10 X 20 15 X 20 15 X 20 15 X 20 15 X 20 I was Blessed with the calves of a six year old girl haha Lovely session which left my legs shaking |
