Thanks Ian, going in the right direction. By the all england that bodyweight bench, will be somewhere in the past.

All kicked off on Facebook, between two Northampton gyms. Something about crossfit, walls, and strength coaches not being strong!!! All very bizarre.

Wide stance goodmornings

3 x 8 @ 60kg

DB lunges 20kg per hand

3 x 15

Olympic stance high bar squat

1x50 @ 60kg, the idea is to not rack the bar until all 50 deep reps are completed. But my fitness is lagging so I did have 3 quick 20 second breaks during the set..

I can tell u this was the hardest session so far on the cube program. My legs are on fire.

Was hoping to squat today but the legs are still shot from deadlifts. My backs fine so something went well..

Day off work tomorrow, so if the car passes it's MOT I should get to the farm. Fingers crossed.
