Deadlifts 170 X 2 190 X 2 210 X 2 230 X 1 wanted a double but fell forward on way down. 230 x 1 215 X 2 200 X 2 175 X 5 Deadlifts felt much better today! Gutted about top set but I know I can pull it back within a few sessions. Bentover row Barbell 4 X 10 @ 70kg Overall not to displeased with the session. Things are going back in the right direction. | |||

Just need to get back into the groove. Watched the video of my 250kg deadlift attempt from the EM. It came up so easily, then I just gave up at the knees. Hopefully by improving my squat and bench, I can go a bit safer with my deadlifts next time around :-) | |||

Can't get tight on the Deadlifts, so decided to put some back assistance work in! Bent over rows strict 5 x 5 @ 90kg Close grip pulldowns 5 x 5 @ 75 kg Straight arm pulldowns 5 x 5 @ 35kg really feel these help with my deadlift set up Low cable rows 5 x 5 @ 55kg Shurugs db 4 X 15 @ 28kg Decided to keep weights and reps low as I don't want to put to much pressure on my back, when deadlifting twice in a week! | |||

Thanks for these Ian! My mind is back in the game now!!! So can't wait to get started on these!!!! Looking at the GBPF bench qualifier I feel my Bench is really down on where it should be!!! The current quilifer is 152.5kg and I'm sitting at 137.5 at the moment :-( This means I'm giving up 15kg on the bench!!! :-( Really going to try and bring this to this into line for the east midlands in jan!!! | |||
