wenesday bench 5 x 3 @ 110 shoulder press 5 x 5 @ 60 I have decided due to lack of current motivation and form. that I will drop out off the east midlands on the 25th of january. ive been getting myself streesed out over it.. which has put me off trainning in the last few weeks. Not down for a week now, I'm on lates all of next week!!! Going to sort my diet out and cut the drinking down! I'm pretty sure I can pull it back around! Just felt a bit deflated after the session! Plenty of fight left in me yet :-) Thinking of adding in a few deficit Deadlifts on squat days. I know that once the bar goes past my knees I'm good for 280-300kg... 150kg X 3 170kg X 3 190kg X 3 210kg X 2 230 fail 230 fail 230 fail 215 twisted my knee went home!! My lifting is all over the place at the moment.. Time to seriously think about east Midlands comp. Can't see any reason to compete if I'm nowhere near the British qualification.. |
