Mine is exactly the same as yours. The puzzling thing is that we are fatter than 100% of that age group but there are now at least 2 of us with that BMI in that age group.

Check out THE ZERCHER CLUB thread. I'll add you to the list when you start doing them. I was doing zercher lifts today - dead lift to knees, hook arms under, stand up Happy

I will have to try all the lifts in due time and will inform you of my progress.

I thought it was a very good attempt Mr Wayne, better than my attempt at filming Travis squat PB anywayGrin

Glass jaw and not a big enough puncher to make up for it but still incredible hand speed.

ursus said:well done on the pb mate. The walkout is pretty poor try and come out of the lower one .The walkout can be the difference between an easy and a hard squat.

Thanks mate. Yea I got the right side of the bar caught as I was trying to walkout so will have to go lower. Was a rookie mistake as had kept the bar on the same height even though I had lowered the bar position on my back.

Cheers lads i'm hoping for 200kg this week. I hadn't been squatting enough as can't do it at my usual gym.

Fazc - Thanks mate

John - yea i'll try that it was my first time squatting with the bar that low as I was had been squatting the bar too high. I had tried 200kg the week before and failed but feel like its there if I get my head around it and don't psych myself out of it.

Here is my 180kg squat PB from the other day. I know it's nothing special compared to the weights some of you are shifting but I've only been squatting since the end of January so I'm pretty happy with it. Going to try for 200kg this week.

After looking at my journal goals I have realised that I have hit my goal of a 180kg squat this year so I am going to push the boat out and set my new squat target at 220kg by the end of the year Happy

The weight of the log is 82.8, and 83.0 with spring collars on.

Thank you for informing me I've been selling myself short so that actually makes my PB 98kg and I was attempting 102.8kg PB.

Indeed it was mate plus I was training solo and with my current habit of damaging things I didn't fancy attempting and most probably failing getting the stones out by myself.
