Reversed into a (obviously higher than normal) kerb last night, which left the bumper hanging off. I secured it with... a knee wrap! Angry

could you see over the top of it?

what about the welsh guy who was at the midlands qualifiers - was he not going to lift as a quest next week? Has he been contacted?

executive decision in the past he has been allowed to enter english comps to qualify for bsm

as he is already qualified for bsm keeping this english comp for the english

Jason I think you need to contact Owen to let him know your plans. After all he did qualify through your comp and has also been preping for the Englands.

Personally you should call it England and Wales Most Powerful Man. Being as Owen is at a very good standard and is unfortunately on his own in Wales.

good point well made

Strong stuff Jason. Were the clean and presses powercleans? Clean each rep or clean once and press for 2? Good stuff either way.

yes reps from floor i find it easier this way on heavier work
