I can also relate when doing my heavy sets on the log i also find that cleaning the log to the pressing position is by far the hardest part of the movement! The pressing part is a walk in the park after that lol ill have to add more bicep exercises into my routine to help me achieve that 160kg log we're both chasing Cool
