Cheers Neil, i used to get a double & triple out of a raw 200kg bench a few months ago, need to dig deep and get back to where i was at and more! You know the drill though...as lifts go up other lifts go down slightly im just glad my bigger movements (squats & deadlifts) are improving!

6reps x 60kg...easy set just a tad tired from previous bench set (12x140kg)

Standing Strict Barbell Press
4reps x 120kg
1rep x 160kg PB! belt+wrist wraps on...Most weight ive had overhead! Felt GOOD!!!
3reps x 140kg equipment off

One Hand Loose Plate Pinch (2x15kg Plates)
I.M Hub (worked up to 17.5kg...lefty requires more work!)

The skin will adapt to the pressure placed upon it and eventually will toughen up, i remember when i was young beginning deadlifting and i had weak skin on the palms of the hands and the skin would tear after pulling heavy....now i never have that problem as the mitts have adapted accordingly Happy

Cheers Neil, after watching Mr.Horne's grip feats & gaining valuable grip advice im even more dedicated to increasing my grip strength which is why im training the mitts more often (they heal pretty quickly)Cool
