If i was doing both movements in one session id Squat first then Deadlift.....for myself squatting requires a bigger effort than deadlifting ..... probably because i favor the latter exercise more than the first Grin

cheers Paddy, i totally agree with you....the good thing i find about strict pressing after benching is that the deltoids & triceps are all ready warmed up so less chance of getting injured plus dont have to waste any energy on any warm up setsHappy

Cheers Jay, i used to love training chest & shoulders on different days but with work its hard so i just train both muscle groups together now ....if i get time i do axle/log work on the weekend to give the deltoids & triceps extra work!
