Hi fellow lifters !!!!! Finally got round to starting a training journal (should have started one sooner but better later than never ayeHappy

Been lifting seriously for around 3years now and very much bitten by the iron bug so much in fact that my life kind of revolves around training and improving (as the great bencher Scott Mendelson whould say "im boring to the norm!" Cool

Anyway heres todays session:
[03/10/2011]

Had work in the afternoon so trained in the garden...

[Strict Axle Presses Overhead]
8reps x70kg
7reps x115kg =not bad reps fast but the clean wasnt pretty!
5reps x115kg =tired from previous set

Log Press
4reps x 130kg = nice and explosive prob because i used decent amount of leg drive lol
5reps x 130kg = EQUAL PB!!! = 2nd time of ever nailing this so pretty happy...still want more god damn it!

Captain Of Crush Gripper Work

no. 1.5 x 4closes L&R HAND
no. 2 x 4closes L HAND & 5closes R HAND (my right hand is slightly stronger)
no. 2.5 x fail LEFT HAND (nearly had it but handles didnt touch!) 1CLOSE R HAND.
