You did more benching than that mate, the 2 sets of 5 I spotted you for at least.

I also spotted you in a japanese restaurant tonight, on my way back from another japanese restaurant Grin. That's 2 SBers I've found feasting after training, gotta catch 'em all...

Hooks were better than usual today too....although I am still catching them wrong and hurting my wrist more often than I would like. I'm going to have to get wraps.

I had this problem, mainly with uppercuts though, wraps do help a lot.

1x160kg - hitched
3x130kg
2x130kg

Gonna drop the weight a bit and work on form. 130's much harder when focusing on form. 5x5 was never gonna happen.

6x84kg

PB but...lol

Machine Rows
Can't remember, don't give a s**t

10x70kg
8x77kg

I'm up for it. Will still have a s**t total but it sounds like fun.

120/105/170 would be nice.

Rack Pull - above knee, lowest setting in power cage
8x60kg
5x100kg
5x120kg
5x140kg
5x150kg
3x160kg
1x170kg PB
1x175kg PB - failed 2nd rep

Felt good to have 385lbs in my hands. *remembers failing a 120kg DL because of grip*

Deadlift
5x60kg
4x100kg
1x140kg
1x155kg PB
1x160kg - fail 1/4 way
1x160kg - fail 1/2 way

Would have had the 160 if I hadn't done so many rack pulls, I think.

Pull-ups
5xBW
8xBW + 5kg
5xBW + 10kg

Lat Pulldown
5x84kg
5x84kg
5x84kg

DB Row
6x32.5kg
6x32.5kg
8x32.5kg

The deadlifts felt better because I focused on looking up and grinding them out. No hitching with 155. 160 was close. I need to attack the f**king bar instead of getting psyched out worrying about lifting it beforehand. That's what got it halfway instead of just off the floor about 2 minutes later.
