No chalk and no, lifting in socks this time.

f**ksake...I've rapidly come down with a virus and I can barely eat let alone train. Back, biceps, traps and forearms are all mega DOMS-ified. And they're not getting any food Unhappy.

Ah well, should be ok in a few days with any luck.
