Yeah mate I reckon you may have been able to do it, but I wasn't sure whether to let you carry on or not, as I wouldn't feel comfortable lifting 100 off you! Also wasn't sure whether you guys always say 'take it' or not.

Difficult, didn't bother with the 6th set

Deadlift

5x120kg - 5x110kg was hard last week, this 120 felt OK!
1x135kg
1x145kg - hitched, not counting it.

Pissed off about the 145 but the 5x120 felt good. The 135 was easyish and 130 was a very poor form 1RM just a few weeks ago so f**k it, it'll do. Expecting another PB so soon is silly anyway.

Yeah, don't know why I dropped them to be honest.

Reckon I've got 150kg in me. We'll see at the end of the month.
