120kx2
130kx2

still working on the split jerk technique for log but progress is being made Roll-Eyes

Farmers

easy pick up and grip seemed fine the whole way.

Stones
70kx1
100kgxfailed..alot. nightmarish technique breakdown. Angry

was pretty pissed off with myself because of the stones but was very happy with the deadlifts since i lifted my PB for two reps Grin hoping too nail 160k next session and then hopefully continue to progress and maybe up it another 10k before Dragons 2 Wink wishful thinking perhaps.
Back at Tony's on tuesday for a Yoke-athon Grin

Thanks Boar Grin he doesn't really give me as many tips since i've focused on split jerking, possibly because he can't do it Tongue Wink

Currently doing my work experience in another secondary school which has a half decent gym so thought i'd get some training in when i had nothing better to do Roll-Eyes

Bench Press
30kgx8
40kgx6
50kgx6
60kgx4
70kgx1
70kgx1

Deadlift
60kgx5
100kgx5
120kgx2
140kgx1

deadlifts were double overhand and had no chalk

Overhead
60kgxlots

kept it lightish, working on technique

Barbell Overhead
40kgx3
62kgx3
62kgx5
67kgx1
72kgx1
77kgx1 PB
82kg fail
62kgx5

77kg went up easily enough but 82kg felt stupidly heavy on my chest which im guessing turned my technique to s**t.. but i reckon i'll nail it soon, hopefully in 7 weeks time i'll be able to do it with a log too Roll-Eyes Grin
