So what is your favourite food to eat before you workout?

What helps make your workout great?

For me its dates or some of those fabulous baking boys flapjacks (usually 2-3 of them)

(Im waiting for JC to appear and mention chocolate milk Grin )

Would your workouts improve if everything was chocolate?

Say choco-tacky on a giant easter egg stone, flipping a chocolate frosted doughnut or maybe a chocolate log (sounds a bit wrong that one).

You are my hero.

Chocolate milk with snickers flapjack for the win. If you are still hungry then another snickers flapjack or three should do the trick.

I just eat any food regularly (breakfast, brunch & mid afternoon snack) and keep the fluid intake high as well. No food closer than 2 hours before I train.
