First update in quite a while, basically because ive been lazy Back Squat 30kgx8 40kgx8 50kgx8 60kgx8 70kgx8 80kgx3 PB for reps. Log Press 42kgx6 47kgx6 52kgx3 PB 57kgx3 Another PB.. 62kg failed to press Pull Ups BWx7 BWx5 BWx5 laziness seems to have paid off.. | |||
