UKStrongmanNorth organiser Member 341, 114 posts | Hope all you strongman are well sorry it has taken me so long to let people know about this years comp but i have been concentrating on my business dew to the economic climate, I need to keep a roof over my head but that aside if people would like to do this year competition there will be a novice comp on Sunday the 28th August the events will be EVENTS NOVICE • Over Head Press 100kg Axel for rep from the floor head-head • Van dead lift head-head • Hand Over Hand 25 metres or wagon pull • Atlas 100kg and 110kg stones for reps on to blue barrels • 100kg carry and hold over 25m for distance • Medley duck walk for 10m lode & Drag 15m and 100kg farmers for 15m Fastest time wins 70 secs time limit The open event will be on Monday the 29th August EVENTS OPEN • Over Head Press 130kg Axel for rep from the floor head-head • Van dead lift head-head • Hand Over Hand 25 metres or wagon pull • Atlas 130kg and 140kg stones for reps on to blue barrels • 190kg carry over 25m for distance • Medley duck walk for 10m lode & Drag 15m and 140kg farmers for 15m fastest time wins 70 secs time limit If you would like an application form message me though sugden with your name and adress and i will send them out or email me mark.preece@cleaningforce.co.uk and I will send them out to you | ||
