not been on for a few days now cos my laptop was f**ked but on friday got my squat up to 185 for a dubble second was s**t just got the depth and no more it was very slow and legs were doing all this dodgy juddering thing

140x4 felt easy so stuck it up 2

then cos my legs were flappin put wraps on and got a spot from terry colins not(hollands)

185 felt not bad my eye looked like they were going to bursed and it looked cool so i done another just for the crack

this was going easy so took a draw o the old crack pipe got me pal for a spot and put 140 on the bar thought it was 145 intill i was told othrwise anyway i failed got it down ok start of the press was good and then at half way it was very hard and i could not lock it out.

then done some overhead not that heavy. kev done well with wider grip cos hes got girly arms. done some triceps and biceps stood about tacking the piss out of cammy cos hes better than me and then went homeGrin

thanks m8 it seems to be im still on the crack pipe work out as you can see?im sittin at 111kilos now (clean)so hope to get evan more pb's in the next wee while

it helps a lot with pressing and nobody wants a belly bigger than their chest?i also want to look good in the summer walking about wi ma top off.it would not look good big arms big legs no chest would it?

Hmmmm I've convinced myself I'll always have a bigger belly than chest. You can make up with the chest by growing a super pair of moobs?

f**k it man, the crack pipe is very useful! I wouldnt be able to lift half I do if it wasn't for crack pipe training.....saying that, my training might go a little better if I had a plan to stick to Happy

na m8 use the crack pipe iv eseen guys do the squat routines it takes 6 weeks of ball burstin work for 5 kilos at best

new update from friday training.had a shot of our new texas bar i would say that all it done was rip my hands to bits and bend a lot

was feeling good on friday so thought i would give a go at 240 this was a lot easyer than my 230 anyway i got 240 and nightmairs got a very good but hard 220 silver dollar
i wont say to much about jnr because i dont want to jinx him but hes looking good and done some great box squats
