Maybe next time I wont be on a mission and in miserable bas***d modewill concentrate on a point in the distance as suggested by one of the other guys (andy? I think). said goodbye, got some compliments about my hair cut ;-) Only the fashionable bottom part Yes good to meet you to fella... everyone in that place is on a mission Diff work ethic to other places I go so it's a good change. LOL... my hair used to be like the bottom bit all over, it's thinning tho and I don't think I'll have the option of being on the cutting edge of hair style for many years longer

jonny big guns Member 592, 69 posts SQ 160, BP 120, DL 180460.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | not deadlifts but related... squats bought some knee wraps today, they made a big differnace to my under knee cap pain warmed up on leg extensions then 3 sets of 10 @ 120kg, good deep squats... it's never going to be something I can do low reps with until I get operated on again so I'm more than happy with that, in a month or so if I can get squats in like todays session I really think it will help the deads poundages move up.

jonny big guns Member 592, 69 posts SQ 160, BP 120, DL 180460.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | Visit to the Dr today, he's refered me to another surgeon sports related knee specialist (bonus!!!!) at North Manchester General. (my last surgeon was crap an didn't give a fcuk about my quailty of life not being able to run/do stairs without pain/ride a bike) Worried they are gonna suggest tendon release stuff though... I don't want a permenant limp and there's a chance, will cross taht bridge when I come to it though, they will prob do another key hole camara, cartilidge shave thing 1st. Best Dr's visit I have ever had, no telling me to stop training, just straight up hmmm, that's not good you need to speak to a consultant!!!

I tried sleeves, didn't do much for me but saying that they was cheapo rubbish, these wraps were great though. I even bought some longer wrist wraps for my left elbow and my forearms for arm day (you guys prob don't do arm day LOL) but it's crazy how much help the compression during lifting helps.
