Not sure. Depends how well I get used to my squat suit. Haven't even considered a bench shirt yet.
At the minute I'm thinking totally unequipped including no knee wraps. I'm letting my body clear out since September to give me more options

Wow looking really trim, I'm guessing when you mentioned sleeping your referring to sleep apnea! If so I feel for you as I get it bad at 105 never mind 180 lol

sleep apnea is a c**t. ive dropped 35 kilos and think its a lot better but apparently im still snoring like a racehorse and spluttering away. defs feel more refreshed in the AM though.
have you found any of the other fixs except weightloss helping?

Be good to see how you would do in powerlifting but not at the expense of strongman. would love to see you have another crack at WSM and be injury free

Maybe I can do both. We will see how things work out. Getting my life in check is first priority at the minute

Just wanna see what I can do. At the minute health is priority. Maybe I will feel differently in a few months when the carrot of wsm is dangled

takes a big man to step back abit and accept health is the priority when competeing at the level you do
deos the drop in bodywieght help your deadlift at all? remember andy B saying somthing about how he was always a stronger deadlifter when he was at a lower bodywieght

Hard to say really. Cause my training has been so inconsistent since wsm I am weaker anyway. I have noticed in the past when I have a bit less girth my Deadlift is better, squat and press/bench are weaker though
In the past I always said if I won wsm and dropped dead the next day that'd be fine, since meeting Lauren and getting married my mindset has gradually changed
