most definatley not an idiot Member 2731, 3590 posts SQ 260, BP 170, DL 300 730.0 kgs @ 87kgs Eq	guys,i have put a number of post up here about my shoulder trouble,ac joint etc etc.... my last visit to the hospital(20th dec)made me very angry........!! after a few mins the doctor told me there is nothing more they can do for me,just to put hot water bottle on it...what the fk.....no refural or fk all...would evan give me a cortizone shot ans was unaware that iv all ready had 2! my reply to that was'thats what you get from seeing a different doctor every time i come here' iv had all the scans,ultra sound,mri several x-rays and finaly after 18months i was told i had ac seperation grade 1...first doctor told me i had arthritus!! i am now seeing a chiropractor and fuk me,i have had 2 30mins sessions and its don wonders! my shoulder pain is caused by 2things,1 ac joint sprain,seperation and bad posture..easiest way to explain(becasue i cant remember all the fancy words)it my shoulder has rolled foward internally forceing my head and knees forward...this worried me at first,but was assured its easily treated...2 seshes in and i all ready have reduced pain... im just trying to get a message across..if you have any problems with joints,injuries go and see a chiro..i have lost all faith i had in the nhs...iv waited 2years trying to get treated with them....and feel that the is more treatment avialable for fat people and f**king drug addicts...

They are very clever people. The one I see occassionally, gives me help and advice even with bits shes not treating me for too if that makes sense. Im glad for you the treatments working fella

Im glad for you the treatments working fella thanks mate...i thought it was just back tbh,but looked into the treatment this guy offers... at first he done a vitual posture thingy and i couldnt believe how bad my posture was whilst standing... treatment is to correct this first and put strength back into the joint... best treatment for ac seperation along with this will be to strap it... im guna need around 6 treatments with the odd follow up..i dont evan have to stop training which as you can imagine,im over the moon about...

Doctors final diagnosis was that it was excess wear and tear and damaged cartilage and that there wasnt much they could do for it and also mentioned that he didnt want to go for a fusion because of my age.

Which was not needed...7 different docs..altogether only 1 had a good feel around...that's just my case I would just advise pple to to see a chiro first so no else ends up like me...lucky enough for me,my problems can be rectified...

I got my treatment through groupon £22 for 3 sessions...butt ill need another 3approx...30mins usualy around £30 mate

So he clicked your neck Next time he does the strength tests, be honest with yourself, they aren't real They change the angle that they apply the pressure to CON you I spent thousands on chiro. Not that I'm f**king bitter. IT'S NOT REAL

Check the science, there is none! The exercises that you could have googled in 2 seconds may well work though
