These were hurting my back really bad before but no pain at all today.

Not a productive session but glad my back appears to be fixed. Will try slightly heavier deads on Thursday and see how we go. Will be looking for a pb (240kg) on the 16th.

I notice on ur bench u work up to a heavy single each session like i used to. I personally think ur doing too many reps at the weights just below ur max, e.g. 2 x 110 before 115. If i were u i would

60 x 5 x 3
70 x 3
80 x 2
90 x 1
102.5 x 1
107.5 x 1
115 x 1 then attempt a 2.5kg pb
Then drop to a weight u can get 4 sets of 5 on

Worked for me anyway :-)
