OK for first session back. Loads of work ahead to get back to even close to best but will be fun and worth it. Eyes on the prize.

Gonna start logging my TGU training as well since I have a non-primary goal of doing a full get-up with bridge with a 70kg kettlebell.

Mon 13th Feb 2017
1*empty
1*12kg
1*20kg
1*2*32kg (that's 2 reps without a break on left followed by 2 reps without a break on right, around 1min 30s total work per side)
1*32kg 10s hold each phase, got to around phase 10/2mins on both, became too wobbly to attempt the bridge. Will try 7s holds next time, or 10s with 24/28kg.
