Bench: 3*6*80.5kg, 8*80.5kg did 8 reps on the last set as it felt easy today

TGU: 16, 2*24, lots of fails on 40kg
TGU partial: 5*24, 3*28, 1*32, 5*24kg
TGU: 1*40kg PB - had to do the right first to build confidence as the left I lost all confidence I could barely get the 24kg up. A frustrating day but ultimately got what I wanted to and know there is loads more there on the right at least.

Band breakers: 5*15*purple
Upright rows: 5*12*20kg
Dumbbell rows: 5*8*22kg
Band rows: 5*10*blue
Pull ups: 5
Chins: 2*5
Barbell rows: 10*20kg, 10*40kg, 3*10*50kg
Reverse flys: 5*12*7.5kg
EZ curls: 5*10*21kg
Seated dumbbell curls: 5*8*7.5kg
1-arm farmers: 3*25m*37kg

TGU: 16/20/24/28/32/40kg this time did it properly on the left so a technical PB
Right only: 44(PB)/48(PB) - progressed to 48kg in 7 weeks when coach was aiming for 36-48kg in 15 weeks so all good. Still want to hit it on my left though...Grin

TGU: 2*12/16/20/24kg 90s each rep
TGU: 44kg circus bell right only (PB)
Tried the left but i heard a massive tearing sound in my right oblique (which was slightly sore/tight prior to this) during the initial phase and now is extremely painful. Could be a tear, could be floating rib related. Time will tell but for now I have very restricted movement and am in loads of pain.
