Ah, I see. Try some high rep face pulls just to keep the balance in the area without adding anything mass wise. Love the basic approach to your training.

3*1*5s*40kg - these were really hard, but will now get a PB next week I am sure of it

Deads: 5*3*175kg - stopped there as lat went again

65/77/90/90/102 in 45 seconds
65/77/90/90/102 in 38 seconds - fastest run to date
77*10 reps in 60s

Tyre flips:
227kg*15 flips in 75s - beat previous PB of 14 flips
350kg*8 flips in 75s - not trained this but previous pb was 7 flips

Overhead medley:
60kg log/43kg circus bell *13 reps in 75s - took is slow and steady, made laods of mistakes but only 1 rep behind my pb so all good.

A really good session Grin
