Deads felt easy, and so they should seen as I did 220 beltless with you on Satuday. Saturday gave me a lot of confidence. Reckon I can beat all my old PBs by early next year.

I'd say right now you are ahead of me on everything, maybe equal on squats. I'm the one playing catch up Wink

my squat without wraps is 170. u can beat that for sure, u cud prob do 170 beltless + paused.

220 beltless deadlift easy, surely means ur good for 230+ again beating me.

ur also in the lead on fronties

i only have u beat on pressing n thats mainly cos im 10kg heavier Unhappy

I might just have the edge on squats then, as I did a 170 beltless paused squat the other week, that's why it was a bit strange doing normal squats and finding them harder. Your deadlift the other day wasn't a max though, you could of done 235 I reckon. Mine is probably 230 at a push without straps. Pressing your on another planet to me now.

ye bench is way in front atm. not too sure about military, going off ur 9x70 the other day. i think my best paused for 9 reps shud be around 77.5 which means ur not too far off, especialy with huge BW difference.

Great session. Beat last week. Felt really strong and confidence is back on bench press. I got my GBPF membership card through today too so I'm good to go on December 2nd Happy

nice easy bench mate, n strict logs now getting back to a decent weight. how was the top set on log, still plenty in tank?

My top riding up like that is your fault goats, as that's what happened when I set up the way we worked on.

Before the diet I did 100 for 7, so today puts me ahead of that, very happy seen as it's less than 3 months since I stopped restricting my calories. Strict log was easy, could of done 10, and wasn't taking much rest between sets.
