My training partner has won! well done kieran! so fed up again, leg is a mess severed through calf muscle had internal stitches and external 18 in total inside and out. Was in 1st place again after 3 events, just my luck lol. Never mind cuffed for Kieran, he will go far, ill be back next year watch this space felt really good yesterday but it wasnt to be.Nice talking to all the lads see ya all soon

That sounds gruesome! What happended.

Did the medley event, 120kg farmers then nto 285kg frame carry did them both in 17 seconds, but as i went over the line as i dropped the frame the momentum carried it further and it hit me in the back of the leg severing the calf open and also the muscle it was very deep, just one of them things mate really, my bad should have moved lol, was on for a big day 1 lead.

Well done to Damo on the win fully deserved and also Chris on Second

So very close on points, will do proper write up later but to summarise for me won deadlift, log, block press, 2nd on farmers/frame medley and frame hold, last on finals didnt flip it and mid pack on tyre/Yoke and loading. very fun comp but just abit long
