All sets under 1 min 35 Decline weighted sit ups superset ez curls reverse grip Decline 1.5 * 10 reps + 25 curls 2.5 * 10 + 25 5* 10 + 25 10kg* 10 + 25 Intival hill sprints on treadmill 1:30 slow 1:30 sprint fot 15 minits Intival rowing concept2 500m in 1:39 f**k after this the 9 min intival. 1:00m slow row 1:00 fast 20 min stretch to finish got one hell of a sweat on | ||

I was just going to do 3 sets of 3 at 180kg, thought i would strugle at 3 of 180 to be honist. Turned out to be one of the best dead sessions i have had. Warm ups Double overhand 60*12 90*8 100*5 130*4 160*4 180*1 190*1 Pb by 5 kg 200*1pb by 15 and more there Straps 180*3 180*3 180*3 180*3 Hyperexstentions weighted behind head 5kg* 12 5kg* 12 10kg*10 10kg*12 5kg*15 Hammer grip standing cable rows superset hammer pulldowns 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps Planks weighted on lower back 40 seconds 5kg* 1:15 10kg*1:10 Weightless as long as possible Side crunch cable rope 3 sets of 14 each side 20 min stretching | ||
