Right shoulder and bie been hurting in work so wasnt going to train. But i am glad i did

Was just going to go for a daily max because hips realy sore from events daybefore hips killing. But ended up with a PB. I think im good for 190kg on a good day if im not still sore.

Gluts and quads f**king killing me didnt expect much. I was just going to do 3 sets of 3 at 180kg, thought i would strugle at 3 of 180 to be honist. Turned out to be one of the best dead sessions i have had.
