Whats your longer term (as in few weeks ahead) plan with squats?

Likewise Olly.

Plan is to stick to 8's for another 3 sessions, then probably change to front squats and heavy romanian deads for at least 3 sessions, then probably back to squats again.

Awful session. Tired, underfed, too much revision, training late (9pm). Should have done this workout 2 days ago, so it was 10-11 days since I had last benched heavy. Can't expect to make gains training at this frequency.

Went upto 115 for 2 reps on bench, more controlled reps than normal on the positive side.

Starting training again following my exams and my shadowing down in London. Literally not been into a weights room since my last few posts.

Im back and Im weak.

Squat: 100kg 10,10
Chins: 8,8
Dumbell bench: 30kg 8,8
Face rows: 50kg: 12,8
Military press: 40kg: 8,8

This workout was hard. I am out of shape but must persevere!

Neutral Chins: 10,8
Dumbell bench: 32.5kg 8,8
Face rows: 55kg, 12,9
Military press: 40kg 10,10

Legs still sore from 3 days ago. Hope I get used to training again soon. Felt like death afterwards.

Military press 45kg 8,8

Didnt feel as tired after this one so conditioning obviously getting better.
Going to switch back to an upper and lower body split from next session.

DAY AFTER - Minimal soreness. Good.
