LOWER BODY

High bar squat 100kg 8, 110kg 8, 115kg 8, 120kg 8, 125kg 8, 130kg 8.

The last 8 felt pretty comfortable. Was good having the old crew around.

Leg curls 91kg 9,9,8

## NEWSFLASH ##

Amazing hottie spotted at the gym today on the cross trainer. I only saw her from behind, but Olly assured me that she looked even better from the front.

Interestingly, as soon as Olly and Joni went over there to do some "pulldowns," she disappeared.

UPPER BODY 1

Superset 1

Push press: 75kg 5, 80kg 5, 5, 82.5kg 5, 85kg 5 PB
Neutral grip chins +30kg 5,5,5,4,4 (not sure if pb, have to check archives)

Superset 2 (shorter rest intervals)

Barbell bench: 85kg 8,8,9
Machine row: 84kg 12,8,10

Making progress with the push presses. Still am far away from perfect technique. Will aim to up the weight next session, hopefully going for 90kg for 5 reps.

Strong stuff mate, especially the chins.

You could get more drive on the push presses by properly resting the bar on your clavicles, if you got the technique right you could be doing 5s with 100.
