Knee pain worse today. Started using some anti-inflammatory cream. Think I will restrict the cardio to just biking.

UPPER BODY

Superset 1 Standing shoulder press + pronated chins

50kg 8,8,7
Chins 8,8,8

Close grip barbell press

60kg 8,8,8

Bent over row

60kg 12,10,8

Dips bodyweight 15

Biceps EZ bar 10kg a side x3x0 8,8

External rotators dumbell standing 10kg 8/8, 8/8

I am not really used to anything above 8 reps, especially on chins, first few reps i fly up, then get tired very quickly.

Behind neck standing press 40kg 12,8,8

Close grip supinated pulldowns 84kg 12,8,8

Close grip bench 60kg 12,8,8

Bent over rows 60kg 13,10,10

EZ bicep curls 10kg a side x3x0 9,9

Next heavy session go for a single on standing press

My pb on standing press is 80kg, done a while ago. Would like to get 85kg now at least.
