Getting used to it now and its not actually affecting me THAT much I don't think. Strict Press 50 x5 60, 70, 77.5 x2 65 x6 PB 60 x7 Incline Bench 60, 80, 87.5, 90, 92.5 x5 PB 80 2x8 Not that hard tbh. Room for quite abit more 100x5? BTN Strict 42.5 3x8 Superset Lying Triceps / Precher Curls / Leg/Knee Raises 30 x10 / +25 x10 / 12/12 x3 Continuous sets Core +20 Plank 3x1M (R=45s) Then down to the Pool for a Swim 6x100M (R=2M) then 10x25M Sprints. 850M Total | ||

GHR BWx8 +5 3x5 +8 2x5 Banded 2x5 Chins BW x5 Vest x5 +9kg Vest 3x4 Superset Weighted Lunges SSW/ WS Lunges 16 x25M / BW x25M ...25M recovery walk then back into it x3 Pretty dead after this. KBs 24, 32, 40 x10 DA Swings Complex of 40 x10 DA Swings, 32 x15 DA Swings, 24 x20 DA Swings, 20 x10 R/L SA Swings, 16 x10 R/L Snatches. Very dead after this... Then finished off with a few box jumps. Nice little session. Have a video of the Squats and KBs so will pop them up later in the week. | ||

Remove band x12 Standing Core 30 x12, 37.5 3x12 Woodchop 20 x10 R/L, 25 x10 R/L x3 Continious set 2 weeks and a day: will step things up a bit now | ||

The 137.5 was probably the worst rep Ive ever done on the bench, terrible technique, but I guess a rep is a rep. The 120s felt horrible as did the 100s Strict Press 50 x5 60, 70 x3 60 x5 Elbow hurt so took it easy and gave the football bar a whirl Football Bar Strict Press 43.5 x5 63.5 2x3 43.5 x12 May start using this instead of a BB for the next few weeks for a change Incline Bench 60, 80 x5 90 3x5 PB 80 2x8 Happy with this, should be on for 100x5 soon! Assistance Palms in DB 28 x10, 32 2x10, 34, 36, 38 x8 Raises: Side 12 3x8 then shed loads more side and some front raises. Side Plate holds (pinch) 5kg x25, 20, 15s Bummed with the bench and elbow. The incline was the saving grace of the session. | ||

Things going well overall. | ||

Walk 45Mins 354Cals 4.1Km Shoulders BTN Press SSW/ Strict Press 40 x5 / 50 x6 45 x5 / 50 x6 x3sets DB Press SSW/ Leg Raises 20 x8 / BW x12 x3sets Front Raises SSW/ Side Raises SSW/ Decline Core 12 x10 / 8 x10 / (Set 1: BW x10) +10 x10 x4sets! Finished off with 12, 10, 8, 4 x10 front raises too. Nice little session. | ||
