Training fasted as with all my morning sessions. Getting used to it now and its not actually affecting me THAT much I don't think.

Elbow was still giving me so much jip. The 137.5 was probably the worst rep Ive ever done on the bench, terrible technique, but I guess a rep is a rep. The 120s felt horrible as did the 100s

Strict Press

Elbow hurt so took it easy and gave the football bar a whirl

Bummed with the bench and elbow. The incline was the saving grace of the session.
