Do the lifts have to be in comp ?

What are the standards/numbers for u80 ?

Do I need to go see a doctor if I've just realised that my log is more than half my deadlift ?Confused Unhappy Tongue

Not often u get max dl and max log in one comp Happy

Lets assume u80 is u90 Happy as there's only one comp a year ATM without qualifiers

Lol
AvatarMike_Neale
I'm assuming these numbers don't need to be raw as well ? !

Oh, and didn't Z pull 442 at WSM making his total something even more ridiculous ?

There are plenty of u80's shows in the states right thru the year, some sort of grading system will help add to the trash talking Grin
Avatarbrownbear
Don't need to be unequipped deads Happy suit up haha

If I was to guess for u80s It would be along lines of

World class 430+
international 390-430
National 340-390

How does that sound?
AvatarMike_Neale
Yeah, cool.

I wouldnt really have a clue.

I suppose the only thing you could do to make it as accurate as possible, take an average of the top 10 totals held by the people in that weight group and go 5-10% either side from there. But, what that would be I have no idea and it sounds like a hell of a lot of work to try and figure out, especially for someone who cant count past 10 unless hes barefoot or wearing sandals Grin

So, with those numbers I'm national, what a coinkydink Wink
