Great session tonight. Took things pretty easy. Just trying to enjoy training again.

Strict Log Press FTOH - 45x5, 65x3, 85x3, 85x3 (one motion), 85x3 (one motion), 85x3 (one motion), 85x3 (one motion)
Bench (slingshot) - 60x6, 100x5, 120x3, 130x2, 140x2, 150x2 PB, 150x3 PB, 150x3 (4th nearly there)
Log Curl - 45x12, 45x12
Superset with
CG Bench (slingshot) - 100x8, 100x8
Chin Up - BWx12, BWx8

Squat - 60x8, 100x5, 140x2, 170x1, 190x1 (belt on), 205x1 (wraps on), 220x1 PB
Bench - 60x8, 80x5, 100x5, 115x5, 130x5 PB, 140x5 (slingshot)
Strict Press - 40x8, 60x5, 80x5, 100x3, 110x1 (Push Press)
CG Bench (slingshot) - 60x8, 80x8, 100x8
Dips - BWx10, BWx10

Great session today, some solid PB's. Decided to lose some timber and drop to 100kg. Goal is to maintain as much strength as possible.

Cheers guys, just trying to really enjoy training again. I've been taking it too seriously, pushing too hard and it's leading to little injuries here and there.

Also just been eating everything! Time to clean up the diet and bit a feel fitter again.

Another solid session tonight, messed around with some different rep ranges to help me keep muscle while dieting. Felt really strong pressing tonight!!

Light Squat - 60x8, 100x8, 140x12 (very easy)
Strict Press - 40x8, 60x5, 80x3, 90x2, 100x5 PB, 100x5 (f**king chuffed)
Side Delts - 12sx8, 17sx8
Rear Delts - 17sx8, 22sx8
Row - 60x8, 80x8, 100x12
Curl - 40x6, 50x6, 60x6 (all very strict)
Dbel Curl - 22sx8, 22sx8

Done!

Nice session tonight really need to work on my tech for events though. Gonna hammer loading every week from now on!

Deadlift - 70x5, 120x5, 160x2, 200x2 (straps on), 220x1 (belt on), 240x1, 255x1, 265x1 PB
Farmers - 50x30m, 90x30m, 110x20m
Loading - 55x2 to 54", 80x2 to 54", 100xf, 100xf (just kept slipping!)

Decided to change it up a bit. Need to pack on some mass for Bristols Strongest Man next month. Basic stregth will still be worked on but the rest is more bodybuilding style.

Bench (paused) - 60x6, 80x4, 100x2, 115x2, 130x2, 140x1 (very easy), 140x6 PB (slingshot)
Dbel Bench - 27sx12, 37sx10, 37sx10 (incline)
CG Bench (slingshot) - 80x6, 100x6, 110x6
Tri Extension - 20x12, 30x12, 30x12
Dips - BWx12, BWx12

Never been so pumped!

Cheers mate I'm aiming for a 120kg strict by the end of the year, plus strict pressing is the only thing that's gonna help for the block in our comp.

I'll be happy to be consistently doing 100 at some point this year. 120 strict would be sick.
Yeah thats true enough, I wish I could have a go at one somewhere.

Just press everything strict first then add in a set or two of push presses to overload the shoulders. Seems to work for me anyway. Yeah I've got access to a 80kg block but it's a lot thinner than the one we'll be pressing on the day.

I'm not 100% sure how thick it is but Ryan has used it before and said its quite thick when on the chest
