Weather was s**t so no events, down to the gym in Truro for some deadlift!! Deadlift - 70x5, 110x5, 150x3, 190x2, 230x1, 250x1, 260x1, 270x1 PB (easy, lots more there!) 17 inch Deadlift - 230x1, 250x1, 270x1, 280x1 PB (all fairly easy) Shrugs - 70x25, 110x15, 150x10, 190x10 Will be moving onto rep work now for Bristols strongest man. Done! | ||
