 I was swinging out of control like an ape Member 1559, 4075 posts SQ 180, BP 100, DL 202.5482.5 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | From Saturday, 70kg dbell, was pleased to press it on my first attempt after it broke my shoulder last time! hit and miss with this one hand pressing stuff. P.S just for info these are the ESM U90 dbells if anyone wanted to know what they were using at the comp | ||
