Comments:
Front squats pleased with these 135 x 5 next time. 
Axil cleans felt heavy this week so just left it there. 
Assistance stuff not sure if I'm doing the right stuff but it does feel right just now. Grip on the axil seems to be improving. 
Added in barbel curls and I really hate barbell curls need to invest in some fixed weight DBs maybe a small set or something like that this year well after the wedding Wink

Awesome front squatting Neil, ill say it again though... there's more in the tank judging by how controlled & fast those reps looked! Also its cool how you can grip the barbell like that....i lack the flexibility so have to used crossed arms technique Roll-Eyes

Dude I use to be the same but decided that in needed to change and forced myself to use the clean technique and it's 200% better so I think you should try, it will take a while but it's worth it.

It's the tortoise race for me and a slow build up so 135x5 next time.
