just got PM'd Member 1945, 685 posts | Post Edited: 24.12.2011 @ 17:07 PM by samevans today reflexions dartford, because i like to travel around see how many gyms i can train in within a month!so santa sangbag race which consisted of running with 8 sand bags to and from one side of the gym to other loading them to 5 foot. sand bags were 40kgs. should have been a strong little challenge for me i guessed, but i dropped one and one feel off so which had so be re loaded so finished 1 min 12 i think which was about 15 seconds of the group pace. didn't come last but whatever was only a little game. reflection on this was the i have being going heavy on events and heavy in the gym and doing very little for time or speed. i wasn't warmed up or really aware of what was happening as i arrived late however think doing some more stuff for speed and reps on events days would not go a miss. so then log i didn't manage one on this log about 6 months ago so anything was an improvement! i got 80x1 80x1 80x2 wanted 3 cleaned it and pressed it failed lock out just above head 80x2 not going to 1 rep max log for a while going to work up to 5 reps on 80kg | ||

just got PM'd Member 1945, 685 posts | back at bulks today, good gym. probably last session before sometime off, normal gym is shut, good excuse to relax, let the niggles fix. strict press 40x10 60x3 followed by some push press 70xf then some push press 70x1 new strict press pb then some push press off the back of it lateral raises 7.5x10 super set in rear delt raises 7.5x10 did this twice bench. 60x10 100xf 100x1 spotter helped a little i suspect his hand were on the bar 80x5 dip machine 80x6 80x8 cable push downs | ||

just got PM'd Member 1945, 685 posts | went to muscle madness in sheffield today small version of log 50x5 60x3 70x1 80x1 70x1 also had my new do-wins found it slightly harder in them, as far as on the jerk for the press but sure i'll learn it found smaller log much harder to clean etc then power cleans 70x3 80x2 90x1 100 fail 100 fail 100x1 pb 100 fail 100x1 pb then squat do-wins made this so much easier like mental 60x8 100x5 120x4 130x1 belt on from now 140x1 150x1 160x1 some rows 10, 6,7,6,7 left gym was a good session happy with the pbs | ||

just got PM'd Member 1945, 685 posts | deads 60x16 100x8 140x8 160x8 180x3 (belted) 200x3 (belted) REP PB also probably the best and hardest fight i have had for a lift in can remember recently really fought for it 180x1 180x1 mega hard ha chins bw x5 x4 x3 x3 Dumbell rows 32x10 36x8 36x10 good session really hard work on the deads but im happy with them was a result to get the triple but was shot afterwards | ||
