Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22055 posts | When I first started squatting (back in 2003/2004) I used knee wraps and used to get little spots around my eyes. When I stopped using wraps this stopped. Strange but true. | ||

It is worse if I get my brething wrong (ie hold my breath for the whole rep) Done the eyes a couple of times too, as have a couple of others I know. It all seems pretty common | ||
