Hi guys,
I don't train at Sugden, and have never been, but I am sure I can associate with you all since we are fellow powerlifter's.
I train at Genesis, in West London.
My best contest lifts are:
52kg juniors
150kg squat
77,5kg bench
175kg deadlift
My best total is 397,5kg at 51,6kg
My goal now is to finally escape the lighter weight classes. I have all the 52kg and 56kg British records in the BPC.
Personal goals for 2008:
-Break 400kg total.
-Bodyweight to 60kg.
-Deadlift 200kg.
-Squat 180kg.
-bench 90kg.
My next contest will be at the WPC European Cup in Vienna, Austria in May 2008.
Plan to do the British BPC and if all goes well hopefully the worlds in Florida.

Welcome here mate. A wicked site with lots of knowledgeable people. I have competed in the BPC myself a few times. Your deadlift is very impressive, almost 3.5 times your bodyweight. Wish I could do 3.5 times my bodyweight!

welcome mate i have never been anywhere near sugden (yet) either they are a good bunch of lads as long as you remember to feed them - but not after the pubs shut

Thanks for the warm welcome all!
Feel free to criticise my training and make relevant comments.
Jonny/Boar I got the 400lbs/180kg deadlift in training, but what counts is doing it in contest.

i can kinda agree with that, but if you got it you got it and you have done it.
putting weight on is hard when natty , you seem to have a fast metabolism or a big tape worm and making 60kg will be tough, but its only gonna help with strength !
